most of these cacs and people from other countries dont have any black people in their country. their only exposure to black people and culture is through rap and pop culture. so they stare and have assumptions about what black ppl are like

it also works the other way around. i went back to africa for a while and white people get stared at cause there arent many of them there

Yeah like I said that’s not a new thing. Europeans had Africans in bondage for hundreds of years and to this day if you go to South Africa you’ll still see the descendants of those same Europeans being just as racist as their ancestors.

You can also go to North Africa and see Arabs call blacks all kinds of names even tho they’re literally living on our continent.
