They don’t have to hire anyone. They were already doing most of the work for Muira before he died because he physically couldn’t even do it himself. And it’s not just for the fans man Berserk was literally Muira’s magnum opus it was literally his life’s work. He would want to see it be finished.

Maybe he wasn't drawing it anymore but he was writing the story, I don't see how it can continue without him if he didn't write the story in advance ngl

Honestly I don’t know either I just want to see this story finished before I die. It would be so heartbreaking if this guy died before finishing his story and it just stayed incomplete forever.
