All it is is Kanye thinks of these great ideas and gets excited and very prematurely announces them to the public to get everyone excited for him. But then as he goes deeper in the process he regrets it or changes his mind. That's not logical to me. How many albums did top notch artists like Michael Jackson or the Beatles have? They were nowhere near absolute perfection but at least they made their fans happy with not less than 5 albums. Dr Dre with only 3 albums doesn't even make the effort to release projects he co-produces. JIIK 2 being a recent example.
