But how do we know his cousin didn't do it?
It's not snitching if Gunna thinks someone else (one of two) committed a crime, that's just what he's believing.
If Gunna was present for the crime, knows who did what and THEN says that, I can see how that's snitching.
But a family member going "nah man that's the wrong guy man they both had on red that's all" isn't really snitching to me.
What Gunna said did not lead to a statement or conviction against anyone, nor did the authorities act on his words as some sort of "new information".

there is a difference between simply saying he is innocent and pointing blame at someone else and even giving a description of the person who did it
