LL is for sure top 15 OAT, and I would strongly consider him for the top 10. very few rappers could go as hard as him while also making some of the best love songs of all time. he was iconic. he pushed the genre forward. he did it all. some of the best diss tracks ever, too.

LL influenced a lot of the 90’s rappers too. His impact is massive within the hiphop community. Casual and younger listeners are just too far removed.
He’s easily top 10 all time hiphop musicians.
