It's not because they don't (or didn't now) wanna work with him.

But for Drake, these were people he 'thought' he needed to work w/at a certain point in his career and once he realized that he didn't, you kind of saw all of the traditional industry talent disappear from his discography.

Btw, if you wanna know why the entire industry seemingly don't really f*** with drake like that is because of this.

For a long time, really since Take Care, he's kind of in a lot of people's eyes, stopped f***ing with all those that helped him on the way up.

EYE don't agree w/this, but the business is very scratch my back I scratch yours and they scratched his back in 09', 2010, 2011...and from that point, he really hasn't returned the favor.

So fast forward to present day, when people have a chance to kick his back in, here we are.

Why do you think they collaborated and reached out to him in the first place? That is the nature of the industry. It's transactional. That's how and why many features and looks are given in the first place.

I'm not debating that they're all not hot anymore, but what I am saying is that Swizz, Dream, T-Pain, others who worked w/him in the beginning, for years have not been able to get him on the phone anymore and thus, a healthy resentment is shown towards Drake.

I'm not saying that it's drake's responsibility to return the favor. I'm simply saying it's a real reason why no one in the industry f***s with him.

Like, this isn't just my opinion. The dream has said it. T-Pain has said it. I've said it on here many of times that his label has disliked how he's moved for years.
