Tbh you can’t blame a president alone for what happens during his presidency. Sure, his people inadvertently destroyed Libya and killed civilians in drone strikes. I don’t think it’s his fault alone, just like I don’t think covid is trumps fault alone. And it’s definitely not a race thing, I think bush and Clinton had far worse atrocities during their presidencies.
