One thing I've wondered is what separates his brand of corniness from J Cole's where one can be considered much cooler than the other and more commercially successful despite making very similar music

Cole is a much better rapper/artist in general

he's always been pretty poor / mediocre with potential to be really great one day

once he kept dropping music but not showing much growth, we gave up on him, and he's now considered fully trash / Naomi Osaka's baby daddy

the diff. between him and j cole is j cole actually made good music once upon a time. this conrball never made anything good

I never really payed attention to him to call him ass. That 1985 remake he did was an L tho. He was standing up for his era of rap but mimicked the old school and never collabed with any new artists

Crazy to think this guy has a Grammy nomination

not to mention his lisp doesn't help either

He use the "lyrical" flow and cadence but it be dry as hell, he be pulling out the most basic rhyme schemes.

cool facial hair and riding bikes

they tried to blow up cordae at the time when people wanted more diet Kendricks to take over like JID, Westside Boogie, Logic, Joey Badass, etc. some stuck around and some dipped, to everyones delight. glad that Cordae dipped he is just painfully uninteresting
