Not really. It just means he’s forcing it on the listener in terms of he wants us to think it’s cool or sounds fun but in actuality , it comes off as try hard and fake. That’s all. You can make all the excuses you want for him!

Because a lot of UK rappers have Jamaican roots which if you were paying attention, PJP talked about the history of Jamaican migration to the UK and Canada after WWII. Both countries have similar slang terms due to that. It’s based in Patois
