    I’m honestly not trying to troll and yeah I get the controversy of this statement and the “obviousness” behind the title

    And yes I recognized the history of oppression and segregation and pure hate that white Americans forced black Americans into and some still do to this day

    But hip hop is the new rock and roll. It’s the new pop. It is literally what people of all races and ethnicities and religions and cultures are listening to.

    So when you have artists like Drake who are half white and egregiously using the N word, and using it in such an expressive way that it often becomes a vital word to really get the message or the vibe of the song across, isn’t white people singing along to it just a reflection of everyone being on the same wavelength?
