It's because children mostly use YouTube and if he concentrates the views there, it's mostly likely to get in front of them. Hence the Travis Scott feature as well.

what i appreciate about carti is that he’s living out the dreams of someone who went to high school in the early 10’s. last album featured cudi, kanye, and future. he’s dropping the singles for this album on youtube for free. he’s doing it how they did it 10 years ago
