Massive horror fan and I’ve been hearing about this movie everywhere but it’s so elusive. Probably just gonna pirate it somewhere but I’m curious why the movie is so hard to find. Was it banned?

it was a very controversial film for its politics and blood/gore at the time and it got banned in a lotta places and a s***ty edit was made in America at the time.

YouTube had the unedited version I believe, but I’m not able to find it there now

Personally didn't enjoy the film but there are aspects of it which are undeniably great. Most people would recommend it
