as others have said, he was extremely pretentious, arrogant and condescending while he was coming up. he also had a god awful take on d*** addiction/substance abuse that lacked any sense of empathy during the height of soundcloud rap and like 2 months before lil peep died. i don't think his music was ever that bad, he just had a s*** personality that made it hard to be a fan unless you were an airhead who was thought his constant self praising and gigantic ego were impressive
