Lmaoo like the story ain’t even on the lawsuit anymore it’s on Meek “crashing out and spiraling” (wanna be down ass Internet exaggeration) about gay allegations that people know are bullshit but still think it’s funny to poke at him about

    I feel u

I think a lot of ppl think the s*** real cause

They keep putting s*** like the “underaged girls” on meek head which is why I don’t like it

i just think casual homophobia while ignoring rape and sexual assault is pretty prevalent and it's lame

I’m still curious what you think is supposed to happen to Uzi and Carti?

Are we supposed to just stop listening to them? Bring up their cases Everytime they’re mentioned?

its not really the point though

Most people don’t take it that seriously. They’re getting their jokes off for engagement and likes.

its really not that deep tbh, kept seeing meek's name thrown around instead of diddy's and was wondering why that is

you being a terrible person is just a side discussion

I’m not sure how you can judge someones character based on such a short interaction. You know nothing about me. Again, you’re just bitter I called you on your bullshit nothing thread

  • Hip hop culture is full of toxic elements but also the media machine is exploitative which exacerbates the situation

  • Mar 4, 2024

Feel like 95% of people itt are already in the same page it’s just OP who either doesn’t know or pretending like he doesn’t the answer

  • Mar 4, 2024

The “hip-hop community” is not a monolith

Because most men would rather commit sexual assault than be gay

    Especially rich and powerful men

This is a crazy would you rather

    Absolutely not

Either homophobia is unacceptable or it’s par for the course of joking around in rap culture. Which is it

Depends on if ppl like you or not.

Ppl like zaywop so it’s a nono.

Ppl dont like meek mill so it’s no holds barred.

The same thing that’s happened to chris brown and happened to chris brown way before he had whatever subsequent incidents with karreuche

Hell the same thing that’s happened to sheck Wes lol

I like Carti and Uzi but it’s odd to say “no I won’t acknowledge that he beats women” for certain dudes and try to get others out of here for it lol

  • Mar 4, 2024

    Toxic masculinity

And this goes for men in general, not just hip-hop

  • Mar 4, 2024

@op definitely made this thread not out of a sincere place tho frfr

Antisemitism is also a bigger sin on KTT than the things you mentioned.

The worst crime of them all is of course the hypocrisy

I acknowledge it but I’m not gonna delete his music. Same thing with Chris Brown. I’m not gonna avoid his music because he’s a bad guy

I just think it's funny when people pick and choose when you care about certain issues.

Thread started off with a false premise to begin with because Diddy was literally the most hated person in hip hop for the last 2 months of 2023 due to those allegations.

50 Cent even had a field day posting things about Diddy on IG defaming him.

To say that the community "cares more" about Meek than Diddy because of trolling and jokes is misleading as hell.

Yeah I’m pretty indifferent to mixing artists and their actions personally but “the industry” cherry pick like a mf. I still bump Carti and Uzi

I mean I know you couldn't say it so I will and add to this by saying this is especially true in the black community rich and power or not its more accepted to be an abuser then gay that's pretty much bottom tier everything.

Rich or not Meek would feel the same
