Seems counterproductive to the site’s growth, you’d think they’d want big active threads but there’s nothing mods hate more than an active thread. Instead of banning problem users, lock every time, that’s easier. I wonder if S feels good about this strategy
I’m sad too. In response to the recently locked music sxn thread, I really hope Kim doesn’t get with a rapper. Drake is most likely already talking with her for the past yet and I’m afraid that a rapper getting with her could end with a disaster or tragedy

I’m sure drake is trying and you have to consider that with his mob leverage, he can likely force her to get with him by threats. But drake being #1 in rap already tore Kanye apart and made him a bad artist and less stable person, just less secure in general and destroyed his ego armor that he had until 2010. I hate to imagine the worst case scenario but If there’s even a whisper in the gossip scene about Kim and drake going on a date, that would undoubtedly be the end of Kanye west. So I really hope it doesn’t happen but I have to think drake is pulling out all the stops

I’m explicitly saying I don’t want this to be about drake lol but if you think his entire day (and possibly year) hasn’t been focused on making it about him, you’re either delusional or ignorant.
Kanye became a bad artist as soon as Drake became prominent because he was scared. He has detailed many times about how drake coming out completely made him change his career path and was the whole inspiration for full abums
