as someone who was once using x**** and percs i can easily say that having access to a quick dopamine hit at any time of day is more difficult to overcome for me, personally
i got an addictive personality i guess
look into therapy OP you could have adhd or something that makes the internet way worse for you
my thing is if the internet is so intertwined with our lives wouldn’t it intertwine with our existing problems/issues as a society
