    I feel like it’s pretty hard to be main stream mainstream now. At the same time, it feels like the “underground “ is regularly part of discourse online. It feels like most artists have their little pocket world that branches into other artists pocket worlds, instead of one giant conglomerate of artists that everyone listens to.
    Last person I felt went main stream, like even causal audiences can probably call her out, is maybe Doechii, but my memory might be gone.

    well the thing is like u could still not like it and its completely fine tho it could just not be ur typa s*** it aint trash with no value or anything tho. Yes its gonna be very distorted, it (for the most part there r def exceptions) wont be very heavy on content, hes gonna have a lot of vocal processing autotune melodicism and quirky mixing

    check out flex musix and psykotic tho id say.

    flex musix is a mix of bangers, melodicism, more clean and less artsy,

    jump out sounds like melting in the sun during summer its super bright and melodic

    psykotic is super turnt up loud grungey noisey evil s***,
