    it takes 4-5 days to get into ketosis

    after that you stop craving carbs

    my recovery and bone health has never been better once transferring over to fats>carbs. not to mention my cardiovascular improvements.this diet is a cheat code

    No like. I do. Lol. I could see this diet if I was just lifting but I have like 7% body fat. I can’t be in keto and play a 3 hour match.
