It's really not. I have been on cloud 9 riding high as f*** and I was very underappreciative of it because I took it all for granted because it all seemed abundant and never ending. Now that I've lost all that s*** and deal with crippling depression and anxiety. I never take any of that stuff for granted anymore I cherish the good times more than ever. The problems I had when I was a child were way easier to deal with than the problems I have now. But as we get older and mature we learn to deal with these problems more effectively.
