The only thing I take from those books is that I need to market myself and write a book and give lectures on how to market yourself write a book and give lecture.

Because people think there's some secret or new method to get rich quick but fail to realize if it did exist they wouldn't be able to find out for a few hundred dollars. It's the same in the weightloss / fitness industry, you got people spending tons of money on bullshit products even though it's known that only through proper diet and exercise can you really achieve your weight loss/ fitness goals. People are always looking for an easy way out.
