But y’all were quiet when he donated $1 million dollars to prison reform efforts and were quiet when he went to the Bahamas to look for solutions for hurricane relief or put on a free Sunday service show in Jamaica, DC, Baton Rouge, Dayton, Chicago, Detroit, Inglewood, Wyoming, Utah etc. All while flying, housing and feeding a 100+ person choir. Y’all are quiet about the fact that he’s bringing his factories to the US... what no other major apparel company is willing to do and make his products with eco friendly resources to help the environment. But when he decides to take his choir to the church of a controversial pastor, he’s a money hungry cult leader who has lost his mind. What I’m getting out of this is a lot of you guys hate Christianity and are bothered by Kanye carrying out his faith instead of being who he is “supposed” to be as a famous celebrity rapper. Which is fine, but don’t ignore all of the great things he’s doing just because you have a personal agenda against his mission🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

its because Joel Osteen is a piece of s*** and closed his church during hurricane harvey despite having millions of dollars and square ft in the church that could've helped hurricane victims

it's not about kanye, we just don't want him to be associating with people like Osteen because it looks bad

Everyone saying it’s about Joel... lol if Joel wasn’t a pastor, y’all wouldn’t be this upset. I don’t trust ppl who are so quick to judge people who they know little about. This event won’t affect anyone negatively, plus it’s free so Ye isn’t even making money from this

  • Nov 15, 2019

I think some hope Kanye calls out osteen not in a judgmental way so much as recognizing he isn’t perfect

  • Nov 15, 2019

Majority of the money he’s made is from book sales... it doesn’t matter where it’s from if someone is one of the best at what they do, they will make a lot of money... blame capitalism not him

It has nothing to do with Christianity. Olsteen is just a scumbag. Do some research before you defend someone

  • Nov 15, 2019

Olsteen is a piece of trash. Would not let people into his massive church during the hurricanes. The phony fake smiling c*** doesn’t give a f*** about anyone. All he is a smart businessman that found a way to scam gullible Christians.

OP gets it. People talk s*** about Kanye selling expensive Sunday Service gear but have no idea how expensive it is to make sure the choir is paid, fed, and housed. Homie has to pay for travel, security and protection... people are lost as f***.

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. Everything I've seen from Ye so far has been pure. As a Christian, Joel's message has always rung hollow.
