What does drake got only take care which is certified, NTWST is close but too much filler
Rest is just pop music for the 18 year old girls to make tik toks to
Pusha t discog demolishes drakes easily music wise.
Imagine nwts having filler u waste of air
i love push, i prefer him overall to drake. but drake has way more classics, certainly for the average listener. maybe if u were going for the old hip hop vibe argument then yeh
the Love Below is a solo album really. to me SB/TLB is a cool way of both members releasing a solo album at the same time.
In a way Love Below is more of a solo album than Push's. Andre not only wrote his vocals but most of the music and production too.
Ik it's not a rap album in a lot of ways but like 808s it ended up being one of the most influential albums in hip hop for the 2000s/2010s.
Oh I’m not denying the love below as a classic. To every hip-hip fan, it is. It’s loved.
I liked it. I just don’t love it like everyone. I’m not hating on OutKast or 3K at all, I just personally can’t connect with their music for some reason. But I got nothing but respect for them
But I personally think Push is top 5 and 3K is the perfect artist to compare Push to that’s all
Ain’t tryna offend anyone that loved 3K / Ourkast
Nothing but love for everyone
No matter how you try to spin it
Drake is above Pusha T in the world of rap
drake is the reason dude is relevant
He made a great album that has zero hit records.
And he had Kanye produce it.
he wasn't chasing hits. That was just straight rap
Too bad we’ll never get a 3 Stacks solo
We will brother...believe. He wouldn't have released Look Ma No Hands back in 2018 if he wasn't still creating
there are ppl who can like Push and Drake.
what's funny is I went to a party the other night and surprisingly Ye got just as much play as Drake.
Heartless came on right after Controlla and then Niggas in Paris
It doesn't have to have "hitzzz" to be a classic. Idc what soccer moms and teen girls think is good rap and doing numbers on the chart, I only care what I think as well as people who actually listen to a lot of rap. Despacito must be the GOAT song to you guys then
This is a lie.
Name me a classic from.an artist signed to a major label with no hits?
only artists I even feel comfortable putting Andre 3k in the same league in is Kanye and Jay
How can something be a "classic" when its only heard by 40k people and has 0 impact on the scene or its sound?
3 Stacks for sure top 5
dont get me wrong i love 3 stacks but over time i just cant justify putting someone up there when they have no solo catalog, when there are other equally brilliant rappers out there that do put out consistent material. but i do also like 3k over push myself
We will brother...believe. He wouldn't have released Look Ma No Hands back in 2018 if he wasn't still creating
I mean all rappers are always in the studio but idk
Feels like he would of been and done it by now
Wouldn’t be mad at another OutKast album
dont get me wrong i love 3 stacks but over time i just cant justify putting someone up there when they have no solo catalog, when there are other equally brilliant rappers out there that do put out consistent material. but i do also like 3k over push myself
I understand that
i love push, i prefer him overall to drake. but drake has way more classics, certainly for the average listener. maybe if u were going for the old hip hop vibe argument then yeh
Everyone gonna get old eventually
The term classic takes time out of the conversation
No matter how you try to spin it
Drake is above Pusha T in the world of rap
Drake's a pop artist. In the world of "rap" everyone knows Push washes Drake
Why are we pretending these two are in the same echelon
Drake is ahead of him in popularity. Push is a better rapper
Drake's a pop artist. In the world of "rap" everyone knows Push washes Drake
drake is not a pop artist just because his most mainstream songs come across as pop music lmfao
Drake's a pop artist. In the world of "rap" everyone knows Push washes Drake
Nope
