Popular opinion is usually what decides the winner of a rap beef tbh. It’s not the same as judging regular songs

That's a silly double standard they have tbh

He didnt even wanna move on from the wayne beef a decade ago and even kept going at waynes successor who wasnt involved, now his pockets hurting and he scared to respond so he “moved on”

The beef started when Drake took shots on Dreams Money Can Buy and Pusha responded by doing a remix. Drake said on an interview when asked about the remix he said something along the lines of “it’s a frustrating time rn…next time be more direct” before Exodus 23:1 even dropped

It makes sense when you realize diss songs are just roasting the other guy over a beat.

It doesn’t matter if one song is better when the other guy has the more scathing disses

Popular opinion is more important than the quality of the songs

    Says the drake hate posters

Joe budden tore drake up with 3 quality diss tracks that still sound good to this day but the public opinion was that drake won cause of some throwaway lines on no shopping. Goes both ways.

Bro just let it go. Pusha won lmao

I've never heard an artist get so disected on a personal level. Dude couldn't even rap. He had to just sit and think about his life for awhile.

Obviously not better disses but better songs yea

    He did not

Bro flying commercial and been shelved for a decade.

Wake up, he lost, he wakes up everyday regretting going at drake, he thought it would be easy like going at wayne all those years. Scary hours.

That’s what makes the Drake L kinda sad tbh. I love Pusha but he’s from an older generation and his degree of relevance is probably amongst the lowest for rappers from that era who are still remembered. Drake indeed got slam pigged by a commercial flier while the top dog and did basically nothing abt it other than f*** around with his album a bit before release.
