Its really only popular Latinos in the US, my non-spanish speaking friends have never heard of Daddy Yankee or Bad Bunny etc. Language a barrier too big for 'muricans.
It could become the dominating genre worldwide though, latin music industry is growing faster than the US music industry.

I listen to music less and less these days tho. I never go looking for a new sounds and new music anymore. Just some stuff I catch on Spotify or here. Mainly just listen to music when I party and the gym. Guess casual so doesn’t get played out... Atleast there’s better sound then all these emo d*** addict trap rappers.
