Drake's reach is just too strong fam.
Drake got the rap fans, pop fans, men, women, global market, young people, some older people, etc. checking for his music, even if it's just out of curiosity to see what he's doing.
I would love to see Drake get dethroned just for the sake of variety but I just don't see it. The industry is shaping poppier rappers like LNX and Jack Harlow to dethrone him but they don't touch all the bases that Drake does.
And Lil Baby, Baby Keem, and other more rappers with strong potential talent wise also don't cover half the bases Drake does.
It is what it is. If ya'll really wanna see Drake get dethroned, you might as well rally around LNX because the industry is going to push for him to be the next big thing.

U have a point drake does cover a lot of bases but his issue now is that he plateaued to the point where he’s underperforming in the formula that he came in with resulting in generic quality. I think what’s pushing LNX right now is mainly image which draws people towards his music but idk how that’s gonna play out Longevity wise plus he doesn’t really feel like a rap artist

Thing is with Wayne and a is before those records we got amazing late career music that were considered their best stuff yet I think blueprint was Jays 6th album and C3 was Wayne’s 7th drake has no excuses other than being lazy
