I suppose this is chatty patty stuff but they were separated & nearly divorced, his daughter at one point apparently wished someone else was her dad, he fantasized about killing tupac? she made him sit with her while she explained how she f***ed another guy…nothing good for trust in a relationship if you ask me, never mind the public aspect

dude's on the spectrum and was clearly confused as hell. it just so happened that he told the joke that was the straw which broke the came's back in a sense. will been heading towards this breaking point for 2 years. hate it was him.

So he probably has trouble reading nonverbal social cues, probably part of why he didn't really seem to anticipate Will slapping him

Will wasn’t just slapping Chris, he was slapping every media outlet that can’t stay out of their business. I’m not shocked that mostly everyone in media is taking Chris side, without even acknowledging that the media themselves also played a part into Will’s breaking point.

yeah my only issue is that chris rock had to be humiliated for this point to be made

i was enjoying dude's jokes much more than amy schumer and wanda sykes and the other actual hosts. instantly brought life to a show that felt hostless. just sucks cuz of how it ended.

I appreciate this, I actually didn't know he spoke so at length about the Pac stuff as recently as last year. I just googled and got up to speed. Even that is something that...it's so convoluted man. From the few quotes I'm seeing, the insecurities surrounding that stem from a variety of places. And it's crazy to be insecure over a dead nigga, you'd think. But that s*** is very real to him.

yeah I don’t disagree there ☠️, not only that, the open marriage stuff he had to get into, he was a completely square guy, although of course I’m sure he slept around crazy, I believe he also said he views divorce as failure
