I agree, I really hope he incorporates more English into his music moving forward. He has a chance to really cross over.
I was trying to figure out why Pharrell's been so involved with him as of late, then I noticed that Varnish signed to Pedro Winter (Ed Banger records). Pedro's been Daft Punk's manager since the late 90s. Plus Pharrell's going to be out in Paris a lot more than usual with the LV situation now.
Tyler commented 'yea u got it' on Varnish's latest IG post too which is dope.

While that's certainly true, there's no denying that was originally Tyler's intention. Wasn't there an interview where he said he was really just doing rap to break out into the jazz/fusion scene?
