So many of these unfinished songs have so much potential. Even the old stuff from 10+ years ago all the way until Yandhi era. They all sound amazing even today.

The amount of leaks

With Kanye battling the music industry, exposing his contracts page by page, and even attempting to upload a song on Twitter, it really makes me wonder: would he ever just re-record all the leaked stuff, mix/master them and release them officially or just drop em for free for the world to hear?

NOPE, he wants critics to keep riding on his d***, and he creates the mystic around his music by not dropping too much. As soon as he drops album of leftovers they will downgrade him to Drake.
I'm not saying that Drake is a bad artist, but surely he doesn't have the same aura as Kanye. If Drake is wack, then he is just wack, but if Kanye is wack then they start questioning their knowledge about music.

so many artists have songs tucked away, and end up releasing them years later. did you not see the feedback/reaction Ye got with all the yandhi session songs? they're amazing. I'm especially referring to the ones where he's just mumbling to get a flow off. if he threw down a verse on those and released it, we'd all be happy to hear it.

I do. even the low quality stuff, or with open verses...the beats sound amazing, I can only imagine how great they'd sound if finished and mixed.

He’s moved on to bigger and better things. He has no reason to finish up old drafts that he ultimately didn’t like

He loved them he just has other ideas
