tbh, it’s overshadowed by the perception that he’s sold out but he’s always been a multifaceted artist. Unfortunately, he may have leaned a bit too far into the other side for most taste but records like this and some of the BEP early work like elephunk and monkey business are why I’ll always respect him not to mention work he’s done for guys like Nas, Common, Game as well as fergie and others
