I havent, but one time while I was stuck in sleep paralysis, there was 5 or 6 shadowy men in suits, mumbling something, the more I would try to listen there was this static that would get louder and louder. Every time I’d blink they’d get closer and closer, until I just rammed my eyes shut and refused to open em again until I fell back asleep lol

last night i asked my tarot deck to just f*** me up with a single card to steer me on the right path til March and what do you know it threw me the queen of cups

guess I need to be gentler with myself and others

i recently got a promotion at work and its like 3-5 times the work. That just means im busy for most of the day because before i only worked like 2 out of every 8 hours.

so ive been really exhausted due to decision fatigue and how much longer I have to focus everyday

and after 2 weeks I got really depressed and I started to get mad at myself saying like "why do you feel this way you just got what you wanted you have no right to be depressed" but my therapist helped me realize that it coincides with me bringing up the fact that I feel like I don't have a creative outlet ever since I quit dancing

so i've started writing poetry again and I think i might get some clay to make sculptures with and i might also look into crocheting because its like sculpting but with yarn and fabric.

so since monday after my therapy ive felt so much better I did a little ritual using some snow water to melt away my self doubt and the tarot card was just icing on the cake
