Sorry, I should have been more clear. There are 16 tracks total. 12 have fully leaked. U Kan Get It, Designer Shoes, King Tut, and Pvris are the 4 that haven't leaked yet. Thanks to info from Von, we've already known for a while that Pvris was part of the tracklist. However, we didn't know that U Kan Get It, Designer Shoes, and King Tut were on the tracklist until it was revealed earlier this month. Those were the 3 "missing" tracks I was referring to.

It's difficult to establish a timeline but the sessions with Kanye gave us Go2DaMoon and Metamorphosis. Around this period (November-December 2020) Carti had also already begun working with F1lthy as well, as he previewed New Tank on IG Live the day he made the 'album turned in' post.

V3 had way more Pi'erre and Richie production (confirmed from Richie and Rhonnie). I guess the late November/December sessions with both Kanye and F1lthy pushed that content from the final tracklist. Hopefully we'll see some of that surface with the Deluxe/Vol 2.

This is me pure speculating now, but I don't think there would have been a huge difference between V2 and V3 beside the Vampire-related tracks as Carti wasn't pushing that aesthetic too heavily in April/May. I believer the Vampire inspired tracks were mainly made over Summer/Fall 2020, and these paired with what I described above (Kanye sessions & F1lthy prod) pushed V2 grails such as U Kan Get It (I still don't believe that was V1), Pop Up, Homicide, Money&Drugs, Movie Time, Act Like a Fool, Canary Diamonds etc etc. out of the final tracklist
