I really like the legion but it sucks their existence pretty much spoils that everything works out ok in the DC universe maybe they can do an elseworlds cartoon like the old one

A Legion story doesn't even require teleportation. They're just a group that exist deep into the future. They have their own problems in their setting. I'm gonna assume he doesn't know much about the group which is surprising cus Legion was always my #1 pitch for Gunn since he got hired. Right up his alley.

I don't think their existence necessarily spoils much other than "the world didn't die." The team don't necessarily know much about the 21st century other than Superman was a great hero who existed at some point
