Clayface takes place before Superman and Suicide squad shich is unfortunately canon so it doesnt have to be beholden to Gunnverse so much

I dont think Gunn lets on a Raimi , Del Toro , George Miller who have all said they would love to do a superhero movie and lets them do their own vision. Without "adapt this comic" "ana will do rewrites" "have tom king in the room". Who havent already done a full pitch or have a full vision
