Damn a good friend of mine is also a Supply Chain Planner at a big food company. He getting good dough too that's wassup

Yeah I'm happy with my salary, but asked for a raise because I got more responsibilities since a couple of months for the same salary. And I also hope for 8% cao verhoging soon.

I cannot really compare my salary to my friends, most of them all did masters at uni and earning 5 - 6 k per month

Did you get more salary because of the inflation?

5-6k is crazy. I got 10% index yeah, it's legally required here with inflation.

We don't get the automatic indexes here
Didn't get anything since the inflation. Hopefully within the next couple of months we'll get something, but I don't expect more then 8%
