Boss told me I’m getting a promotion but I’m conflicted because it’s not the role I actually wanted that’s ancillary to my current role. I was interested in doing something a bit different but I got passed over. Feeling conflicted tbh never felt that way after being told I’m getting promoted. Such a weird feeling
