How much tax you end up paying for withdrawing early?
Had to pay taxes for federal and state which probably equates to approximately 25% combined. Not sure if there were any other factors but it seems like that’s the standard when you leave your employer and cash it out @JustMe

Havnt taken a single full week vacation since I started back in late July last year
I get 4 weeks and I didn’t take any
Got a meeting in 15 minutes. Then got nothing else. Boring Friday.
Might be getting a promotion/moving to a new position Monday. I was already offered, just both the guy hiring me and my current boss were on vacation this week.
The system at work down again
Invest in some IT, y'all..
If Walmart’s system went down we would just shut down
I'm never eating McDonald's again, those spicy McChickens are f***ing up my stomach today.
The other folks in Finance probably think I'm a maniac cause I keep going to the bathroom every 30 minutes

I’m the overnight stocker and all we do is put s*** away and bring close to the edge of the shelf.
Like yeah it’s easy and it pays better than most entry level jobs, but holy f*** is it basically disassociation the job
What tasks do you perform with power automate ? My boss is always bringing that s*** up like am ok dude
so i usually have to build a lot of reports in our business system, normally the reports are all the same filters except one field that i have to change to match each department.
i used power automate to automate that report building process so i don’t have to rebuild/re-save like 50 reports each time we do an update on the filters
it’s running right now as i type this lol
