i swear whenever i call our controller hes never working

weere all work from home and last time i called him he was working on his car in the garage

i call him this morning and hes cooking in the kitchen

makes me feel not so bad about getting no work done and getting dubs in apex

Working produce. They essentially have me closing every night and I'm all alone. Managers don't check on the department at all and I barely see anyone from stock. S*** is isolating af

When you didn’t know you get off work an hour early

I said “have a nice day” to this customer and she blew up on me for my “sarcastic tone” tf

She had a completely hypothetical issue with sticking a nail in her wall to hang her frame, I explained to her that the hardware on the back was perfectly capable of holding the frame up. She said this was a waste of time and said “bye” so what the f*** else do I respond with?

yall what is work from home like
I only worked in office in last job, starting new job tomorrow remote until covid ends.

Dead that temp remote job for a perm remote job, because unless you absolutely need to be in person to function (some people need the social aspect of work) you'll quickly realize you're performing 200% better at home than you would at an office setting.

From there you'll start to uncover how much money you're saving/going to save working from home and finally you'll resent your bosses for the dreaded "return to office" notice.

Unless your home situation is s***ty and you gotta get out the house, that is.

Overall tho I guess it depends on your characteristics/work ethic and also the field/job at hand.

I work from10:30-7
