work from home on a company provided computer

feels weird working on my gaming computer, at the same time though i can play games on my triple monitor setup

ive never worked in an office environment but if i needed to use a printer and pens i would prefer that

Work from home, kinda question is this???

Lol, home is cool but all the time isn’t for me. I’ll say that my commute to work is only 10 minutes so it’s not time consuming for me. Being in the same room all day made me depressed during the height of covid and lost most of the ambition I had. Wearing basketball shorts 24/7 is not good for me, I felt way too comfortable

I feel that. I guess for me it was very different I would work out before and after work. Watch some videos. Etc. plus I still have my side hustle which Keeps me motivated. But I guess that’s true, if only this job consumed me working from home could be bad

i'd love to work remote more but I have to lay my hands on physical client files with sensitive information that can't leave the office so c'est la vie

maybe if we ever enter the 21st century and move to electronic files I'll be able to ask for a hybrid thang

Working out is so key, it was the one thing that kept me sane in 2020. I was fortunate that the county I lived in never completely shut down. I have a side hustle as well, on those days I do that in the evening I stay at home. One thing for sure I do appreciate the flexibility, does wonders for morale.

the worst part about going to the office is dealing with the people and their habbits/needs. like everything is a feeble attempt to express themselves and you have to deal with it because you're in the vicinity

  • Tired of working for the man, about to start up my own pest control company.

working from home would be nice to be able to fit a workout more easily into my day, and wear shorts. other than that, i like getting out of the house, 30 minute commute is perfect for spinning new albums on Fridays too

  • Aug 9, 2022

When I go to the office it’s still empty because everyone else stays home. It’s only the receptionist, HR, and a few other workers. So it’s really no different from being at home regarding people for me. I mainly go to the office for the big windows, having natural light is key for keeping spirits up.

yea I've been having a personal battle with the early workout. i am Learning its kinda tough to only do it sometimes and not just 5/7 days. funny enough i set my alarm for 5am this morning to get my lift in, but totally snoozed and went back to bed.

ideally i will get there though, cause i rather take an hour off the end of my day with an earlier bedtime and have the 5pm-9pm hours for anything i want rather than lift after work, because then it just becomes, lift, eat, shower, small chores, and my day is already over.

took me about 2 months to settle into the routine,

and yea i pretty much did it to have a free evening (5-10pm) and then when i found out i dont really do anything productive during that time i started going to bed early (7pm)
