And they don't care to address whatever problems. Everyone just stuck mentally in their little boxes, scared to think out of it just a little. Makes me really miss the mentality from the last place I worked at. Polar opposites.

Working from home today

I'm brine at this one colleague just not liking me and doing anything they can to sabotage me A while back she also bragged about getting into an altercation with another colleague, with management getting involved back then, and smiled as she said "that colleague no longer works here, so I guess it wasn't I who was the problem" I swear I got enough on my plate, man.

I'm just trying to make it to tomorrow and at the other side of the spectrum you just got people looking for trouble any way they can man s*** ain't right

Incredibly slow work week I managed to run around my neighbourhood, eat lunch, wash the dishes, take a shower and come back to no emails

Had a prescreen interview 2 weeks ago and they haven't called me back or emailed either, the lady said she thought i would be a good candidate

The job ad on LinkedIn closed over the weekend so we'll see if I get the cal

When im on a zoom call i literally only look at myself
