Really contemplating whether I'll want to stay in TV & Film so I can become unionized for all the added benefits, just to have to dedicate so much time away from being home or personal time for leisure and growth, etc. Hoping that the skills I've picked up and network I've curated along the way can be useful outside the industry if I ever find myself truly bored of it.

My TM sets up weekly one to one calls for an hour. Hops on the call and asks if I’m doing okay and if there is anything I can help with. We talk for maybe 7 min max, tells me to have a good weekend, and the call ends like 10 min in. Some other guy on my team schedules weekly one to one’s every Monday right at 8am, has nothing to say, and pulls stuff out of his ass to fill the hour. The urge to randomly tell this man to off himself during every interaction 😭
