my experience with customer service is the younger people they hire dont know s*** about their jobs and if you ask them two questions they break down.
They know NOTHING about the company they work for and show up and expect every customer to ask for simple stuff.

just the other day i asked this person in customer service (financial service) about the payment service my university uses i requested something specific for my college it was simple, the dude was mad confused and wanted me to research for the answer on their website
i was like this is super simple and this mf looked like they wanted to cry i wasnt hostile or anything i was pleasant. They wanna get paid for doing nothing and are super fragile and soft
