friends. how many of us have them
Really none of my close friends like sports like that. The one that does moved from Missouri to Seattle so he’s not a Seahawks fan anyway.
Regardless some people could be in the same situation as me. Nothing wrong with celebrating online..
When the Seahawks won the SB I was at college in Arizona instead of back home so I had no one to celebrate with. Internet was my only place to go to.
@Noir I hope you enjoy this victory bro, celebrate it, cherish it. We really did it
Bro Washington D.C. been popping off for sports
Now lets let the other Washington prosper
Mariners time to shine next year

Oh f*** yeah, brother.
I just went to the sports bar down the street where everyone knows me, hugged someone, yelled WASHINGTON NATIONALS, BABY and walked out the door.
I'm not even drunk yet. But I will be. I've got a bottle of champagne in my other hand.

Happy to hear that bro!!
I'll just take my Chinese lady tonight and have some fun in this place, I wish I was in the U.S. at this time but it won't stop me from getting lit

I'm in the same boat. But it's cool because my wife has been a huge supporter all playoffs despite being a Cubs fan, following the games even when I had given up on them. A lot of my Dodger fan friends were rooting for the Nats as well. The response to this team has been incredibly warm and supportive and that helps a lot.
I also appreciate how supportive you were of the Nats this postseason. You believed in them.

I root for underdogs and of course I want to see a team with no ring to finally get a ring. They deserve it. Astros had their moment and now you guys do to.
Mariners next

Yeah I'm rooting for the Mariners if we can't repeat. Seattle is a legit sports city and that drought is brutal. Feel terrible for Felix that he never even got to the postseason with them.
People aren’t talking about how wife beater roberto osuna blew the game for the Astros

Soto knocking his ass out was like something out of a movie. So satisfying.
Even better than Altuve knocking out Chapman in the ALCS.
Here to claim my rightful title of KING of the reverse jinx. So glad it worked, what an insane run. I'll never forget it
Now it's time to re-sign Strasburg and Rendon. Give them both blank checks. Nats fans would be crushed if either of them was to leave, even more so if it was because we lowballed them. Make it right, Rizzo. Lock them up for the rest of their careers.
Take that MASN money and work towards re-signing everybody. Soto, Rendon, Strasburg, Turner, Robles, all of them. Make them Nats for a long, long time. Zimmerman will probably retire with his contract going off the books, and we've got a bunch of bench pieces on their way out. Sign the core up and start scouting pieces for the pen so we don't have to keep trading prospects away at the deadline every year for rentals. The weak point of the team is their internal pitching development w/r/t the bullpen.
I don't want to hear any more Soto and Acuna comparisons. I don't want to hear Rendon and Freeman comparisons. I don't want to hear Scherzer and Soroka comparisons.
Soto Rendon and Scherzer were LIGHTS OUT in the World Series. Those bums from the Braves couldn't even make it out of the divisional round.
Soto hit .333 with 3 homers and 7 RBI in the World Series, Acuna refused to hustle in the NLDS.
Rendon hit over .300 as well with a ridiculous amount of XBH in clutch situations, Freeman went an abysmal 1-12 or something like that in the NLDS.
Scherzer won both of his starts against the best offense in baseball in the World Series, Soroka only pitched against the Cardinals once because the coaches didn't trust his home splits.
NEVER compare any of them again. Soto Rendon and Scherzer are multiple levels above those other clowns.
Hope the Braves and their fans enjoyed that NL East title
Winning the division just to see another team from your own division win the World Series while you watch them at home
eternal L for the sorry ass Braves and their inferior players.
Mets Phillies and Marlins fans y'all have a bright future. Can't say the same for the Braves
