Using food that would probably get wasted is a good thing as long as it isn't like bad/gonna make people sick
It was a good,non-wasteful tactic but I don’t think customers would feel good about it if they knew. We basically just stored ripped/burnt meat into a basket and at the end of the day,grinded it and turned into chili meat.
