I just went on thezebra.com to compare insurance. For my zip code, age 22, 2020 BMW i8 coupe, the lowest quote they gave me was $408/month

This seems like a situation where you get a nice car and you pay on it for 5 years and then check on how much you got left and they tell you that you've only paid a couple grand on the principle but still owe 25k when the car was originally 20k.
