I own a half million dollar home at 25. No other debt. Grossed $120k last year. Is my advice more valuable, or yours?
Congratulations. You want a cookie? TF?
All that and you still a cornball. All that and you still won't be able to take any of that when you die. All that and you still bleed just like me.

Good luck to you and the family you won’t be able to provide for - your mentality is everything.

Bruh you the worst kinda lame... one with disposable income.
Why would i take your advice when I can just go to Buffet, Gates, Musk, or any of the top wealthiest people in the world?
Who's advice is more valuable? Yours or theirs? Because to them you a broke boy with your little 125k last month

Everything is relative. I’m sure they’d tell OP to save early for a house too, though. Lol. You think they wouldn’t be advocating for saving for property? Kind of a dumb point to make, honestly

It’s whose* advice btw
IMO, yeah you can have a nice car but what’s the point of a nice car if you don’t have a nice home to go home to, or a nice job that can back up the nice car you have. Basically don’t flex like you have money when you don’t have it. At the end of the day it’s your life so
That's pretty much the average timeline when financing bruh. I copped a 2004 Sorento back in 2014 and the payments were 5 years. I got a 2017 Kia Sportage in 2018 and the payments are for 5 years.
Couldnt even do it. 3 years max

Keep fighting bro. You'll get out of that locker they used to stuff you in back in high school. I promise
This forum really collects some of the dumbest motherfuckers like pokemon
That's why if he's willing to pay that much potentially. He might as well rent him an apartment somewhere and get him a nice cheaper car.

Ehhh shaddup. The fact you tried to big boy somebody lets me know that you so poor spiritually all you got is your money.
It lets me know the people around you probably only like you for your money and you know it.
It also lets me know that your self esteem is tied to your bank account. So when the money goes, that honey won't stay
In other words let my mans get him a sensible car, and rock out before he gotta deal with most of this stuff.

This isn’t a spiritual thread, this is a finance thread. My point was that my opinion on this subject matter should be highly valued because I’ve been there and I’ve come out just about as strong as possible for my age - and I came from nothing out of section 8. If you had a better result I would respect your opinion, but I don’t think you did.
Would you take finance advice from someone who’s broke or someone who’s wealthy? Would you take relationship advice from someone who’s been married 60 years or someone who’s had 7 divorces?
I’m not talking to you about my fiancée or my friends or my hobbies or my values because none of that means s*** in this thread. We’re talking about buying a nicer car or saving for a house at a young age.
sigh
