As rightfully impressive as her lifts might be for professional powerlifting women, a professional male power-lifter (of average ranking) who weighs the same as her (270lbs), would literally destroy all her records, just FYI. You’re spreading gross, biased and sexist misinformation with “This lady and others like her are stronger than 99% of men who will ever exist”. You’re comparing a female professional power-lifter to average men.

Compare her to other power-lifters, male and female, or you’re literally sexist. She’s a professional, so why are you comparing her to regular men?

Whenever masculinity is used it is almost exclusively within the context of one person judging another person’s so called masculinity. Which is stupid.

Because there is no agreed upon definition for masculine, everyone has their own take on it. One girl who sees you as masculine, another will think you’re a chump. It’s just stupid to be concerned about some meaningless perception someone has on you.

Being mentally resilient does not mean you are masculine, being level headed doesn’t mean you are masculine, or assertive. There are plenty of women who hold all the above attributes and act very “girly”.

Masculinity is stupid because it’s basis comes from archaic gender roles and expectations that is not needed and cannot possibly define what makes every man “a man” in today’s society.
