You just implied they get everything easy and you admitted your ego would feel a type of way. Why do you believe these feelings are "normal" and it affects "most guys"? Being insecure or anxious or tying it to your self-worth is not normal at all and you should avoid it entirely or get therapy, instead of asking what people online think just to cry about the answer.
