    Pretty much every STD is insignificant, with the caveat being with HIV you have to be good at taking the medication. But nowadays I’d rather have HIV than diabetes or bad cholesterol

    na u buggin b having to disclose it to every new partner is brazy u basically struggle to find a date atp (unless they have it as well) most people aint tryna be with someone with HIV diabetes bad chloesterol you can try eat healthier to offset symp[toms but HIV u got that s*** for life it will affect every new romantic situation ever ( not saying its fair just being realistic)

    Sure but with treatment there’s no actual risk to the person’s health, as compared to the other diseases mentioned
