I think if you are fat then you understand that you're dying, but I've heard stories of people who starved themselves to be skinny, then they wanted to get normal again, but their body rejected food/didn't process it anymore.

The second for me is more scary.

I assume to die fat you have to get to the point where you're bedridden and covered in bed sores so I think I'd rather die at least able to crawl my skinny ass around
