So in 10 years you will have ~million
You could make more and sooner if you’re willing take bigger risk, but then again you can also lose it all pretty fast.

YA DOG ACEOnly reason to take it in 10 years is if you're a junky or know you don't have the self control to use it wisely. $1M will be worth way less in 10 years so it's much smarter to take it now and invest so in 10 years you're a multi-millionaire.
Edit: Nvm just read the actual OP. I'm chilling for 10 years. Not giving the person I hate most a single dime, I'd rather know he's broke and I make 10x as much as him without the lump sum
